Most awful emulsion I have ever used
Most awful emulsion I have ever used! Like other reviewers, I found that it was thick & gloopy & left roller marks no matter how carefully applied. Complete waste of time & money, wished I had read the reviews before putting it on the walls!
Inaccurate wallpaper estimator
The wallpaper is lovely but don't use the wallpaper calculator. It is deceptive and you end up ordering a lot more than you need. I ordered well in advance of my project so when it came time to complete my project, I was left with extra wallpaper I didn't need and I missed the return window. What an expensive waste of money.
A very positive experience…
Had nothing but a positive experience when purchasing paint for my hall.
Customer service was actually brilliant. Wonderful colour paint, vibrant and fresh - just what I was after.

An expensive waste of money
An expensive waste of money. Painter said it was the worst paint he’s ever used. After four coats on the front door in exterior eggshell we’ve had to take the decision to repaint with Dulux. I would never buy Graham and Brown paint again, dreadful!

Waited for order of bespoke curtains…
Waited for order of bespoke curtains for months, got numerous apologies, including the order being stuck in dubai before being told it's been lost in transit. To be fair received refund
Over 3 weeks without a refund
Over 3 weeks without a refund. Not replying to my emails, cannot get through via the phone and had no responses to my online complaints. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered Ombre Dunes wall mural
I ordered Ombre Dunes wall mural. Very quick service and beautiful paper but very disappointed. When you spend £370 on something you don't expect it to show white lines between every strip. Graham and Brown have covered their back by adding a disclaimer on the hanging instructions saying they don't guarantee 100%there won't be white lines so use a crayon to fill the lines...... Who spends that kind of money to then colour in the edges of every strip of wallpaper???? Waited months to see it going up, due to building work, but so unimpressed.
Very happy
I ordered 2 rolls of wallpaper for my feature wall, they arrived really fast and are of beautiful quality, the paper was easy to put on had no problems, customer service were great If I had a question they got back to my quickly and sorted my query out. My living room is now transformed and I absolutely love it, would highly recommend Graham & Brown

The very worst emulsion paint I have…
The very worst emulsion paint I have ever used..... and expensive! Impossible to get a smooth finish with it however hard you try.
Far too thick. Even diluted by 15% it leaves roller marks . Worse if used at original thickness.
Truly awful. Don't even think of buying it.

Not worth the price
I’ve spent hundreds on various shades of their ultra matt emulsion paint over the last year to paint my house. The paint is lovely and goes on well. However, it marks very easily once on and dried. Shame, as you don’t expect to pay £££ for the wall to mark with a slight touch. Customer service ‘department’ wasn’t helpful and said I should have purchased the eggshell paint! ?

Just avoid these completely.
Just avoid these completely.
I ordered 5 or 6 tester pots which all arrived half full.
Raised this with customer service and they just came back with various excuses such as "the amount of paint is sufficient for a sample"... Maybe so, but you're advertising a product as being 100ml and only supplying half. Not everyone buys a sample pot just for a small swatch, and what if you want to use in more than one room? I always put a sample in at least two different spots in the same room anyway so you get an idea of the colour in different lights.
One of the other excuses was "to avoid spillage in transit". So you're telling me they're going to only fill a 5ltr tin halfway to avoid spillage even though you've paid for 5ltr? Absolutely ridiculous.
To make it worse, 2 of the colours I ordered were nothing like the image, as in they were grey ish and bright blues but one came out more of a lilac colour and they were all so watery that I would have to put 2 or 3 coats on to actually get a true reflection of the colour.
If you're wanting a high end paint, this honestly isn't a patch on Farrow And Ball who actually give you the amount of paint you order and have good customer service. Avoid.
Unreasonable policies and average product.
I wanted to support this Farrow and Ball competitor as I think F&B have become increasingly corporate. Sadly, it is difficult to recommend Graham & Brown. The website trumpets a “free return” policy. Read the small print and you will discover that “mixed to order” paints are not included. Try to return anything and you will find out that - in fact - all paints are mixed to order and accordingly, far from offering free returns, you cannot in fact return anything at all. As for the product - it behaves very strangely when you apply it to the wall. Take notice of the other comments and reviews. I assumed they were exaggerated or otherwise unfair. I wish I had paid closer attention.
BIG SCAM, 500euros stolen
This company responds to your inquires up until the payment clears, and then they make it seem like they sent you the package BUT NO!!! and afterwards no reply even though we sent them numerous mails.
1 and a half months later AND NO REFUND. and we're talking about 500euros spent for a company, and we never even received the invoice!!!
ONE OF THE BIGGEST SCAMS

Two coats of emulsion not enough
Two coats of emulsion not enough. Terrible coverage, very patchy. Eggshell ( applied thinly) then formed drops on cupboard doors. Not a happy customer.
